The company has developed a positioning mechanism for forging wheel trimming punching die, including flaring block, pressing block and punch. The flaring block and the trimming die pressing block are fixed by bolt connection. The trimming die pressing block 4 is provided with guide keyways 2, and the flaring block 3 is provided with the same number of bolt through holes around the circumference. The number of guide key grooves 2 is equal to that of bolt through holes, and the number of guide key grooves 2 is 2, 3, 4, and 5. The flaring block 3 is suspended at the guide keyway 2 of the pressure block by means of bolt connection.
