Grade 900A A120 Crane Rail Din536 For Gantry Crane ISO Certificate
There shall be no residual cracks, delaminations and shrinkage holes on the end face of the rail.
The end face of the rail shall be cut straight, and the skew of the end face shall not exceed 5 mm in any direction. Burrs with a length of not less than 4 mm should be removed.
The surface defects of the rail are allowed to be cleaned longitudinally with an air shovel, and the cleaning depth (calculated on one side) shall not be greater than the allowable negative deviation of the size.
Rail surface defects are not allowed to be repaired or filled by welding
