We can produce monobloc, tyred, resilient and low noise wheels with diameters from ø 300 to ø 1500.
We have implemented AAR-M-1003 quality compliance certification for manufacturing wheels and axles.
We have passed ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 quality system certification.
All our wheel products are subject to stage and final inspections, from the chemical composition of the molten metal to the final inspection. This includes micro/macro characteristics of the material, magnetic particle testing, ultrasonic testing, hardness, warpage, dimensional parameters, surface finish, etc.
All our railway wheels come with a quality assurance certificate and have a one-year warranty from the date of shipment.
